Air Group

I’ve been a customer of Air Group since 2010. They are by far one of the best companies in all of NJ! On rare occasions I’ve tried other companies for plumbing or electrical and have been disappointed more often than not. I know that when I call Air Group I will pay a bit more than other companies but they are absolutely worth every penny. Their employees are very passionate & extremely knowledgeable. Tall Dave was at my home today to install a brand new gas dryer that the installers from Lowe’s said was too complicated for them to do. Dave, a problem solver who was able to come the same day, had it installed perfectly within the hour. This guy totally made my day. Thank you so much!!

I’ve lived in my home for 45 years and Air Group is one if the most professional companies I’ve ever worked with. From scheduling to service to sales to installation, everyone on their team was great to work with. I always received prompt call backs and scheduling updates. I had a very tight window for installation of a new a/c system and they met my deadline. Their service techs and installers were respectful of my property both inside and outside. I look forward to a service and maintenance relationship with Air Group.

I have worked with Air Group professionally and now personally and have complete confidence in their ability, knowledge, experience, and professionalism. They are highly responsive, well organized and do the job as requested, never taking advantage or gouging on price. They are larger so they have the expertise for any situation, and though they might occasionally get beat out on price by mom and pop shops if shopping around, they are also not the most expensive and they provide quality workmanship to get the job done right the first time. For that piece of mind, to me, they are the most economical option. Then again I’m not a gambler, I like sure things.

Dealing with Air Group is so easy! They show up when they say they will, their techs are always professional and friendly, and their rates are. reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This is my second year with Air Group. The twice a year maintenance has always been excellent and done by people who know their profession. Recently, I thought my central air had stopped working. (For me, that’s a HUGE problem due to health issues). When I called, I could’ve easily had been serviced the same day. MY schedule was packed, but I had no problems getting an appointment the following day at the perfect time for me. The technician was very professional and taught me some useful things about my system! It was determined after extensive testing that the air conditioning didn’t break. I didn’t know the air wouldn’t turn on if it was below X degrees, but I do now : ). The technician was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I give an A+
